To be safe along touring
TGTravel offers our clients the best customer support in case of an emergency, as well as the best tips to avoid problems that may arise.

The top most importance, make sure you are ready for the booked journey before it starts!

Ask your question do you need a passport? A visa? A travel insurance? If yes, let our agent know and get help. We highly recommend you to get a travel insurance before touring. The insurance can make a huge difference when something goes wrong.

'Do you feel strong enough to travel' is also among the questions to be asked yourself, if 'Yes' it means that you will be enjoy the journey at any instant, and that it guarantees the avoidance of some risk along the trip. If 'No', please consult your local doctor(s) before you depart.

A printed sheet of guidance will be supplied from our side, of course we may send it to you via your email or inform it through your group leader. The sheet could include: all the relevant directions, a map, phone numbers of local hospitals, taxis, police, and translators, the location of the nearest embassy, the emergency telephone of our provider in case there is any issue with the accommodation, and our own phone numbers and e-mail address. The sheet may also contain some advice for specific cases, or a list of what to be careful of in the area of travel, be that weariness of pickpockets, avoiding certain types of water snakes, or packing a raincoat. Of course, it is just a reminder of travel not threaten you (!), but better safe than sorry!
